INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs 1 tbls milk salt and pepper
1/2 cup cooked ham, diced 1 tbls butter



1 Beat eggs, milk and seasoning until frothy. Add ham and mix in. Melt butter in frying pan, pour in mixture, and over slow heat, stir until just set. Serve.
