INGREDIENTS:
1 tbls butter 2-4 eggs salt and pepper



1 Melt butter in frying pan, remove from heat. Slip in eggs, one after another, keeping yolks whole. Cut away the whites with a fork and stir carefully until they clot. Return, briefly, over strong heat until well done. Sprinkle whites with salt, yolks with pepper, and arrange on a warm platter.
