Confetti Wild Rice Soup

INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup uncooked wild rice, rinsed, drained 1/2 cup chopped onion 3 (14-1/2 oz) cans ready-to-serve chicken broth
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced (1 cup) 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves 1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch pieces 1-1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed 1 cup frozen broccoli cuts, thawed



1 In 3-1/2 or 4-quart crock pot combine all ingredients except thawed vegetables; mix well. Cover; cook on low setting for at least 8 hours or until chicken is no longer pink and wild rice is tender.
2 Ten minutes before serving, stir in thawed vegetables. Increase heat to high setting; cover and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
