| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2/3 cup shortening | 1-1/2 cups sugar | 2 eggs |
| 2/3 cup dairy sour cream | 1 teaspoon vanilla | 2 cups unsifted all-purpose flour |
| 1/2 cup cocoa | 1/2 teaspoon baking soda | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1 package (12 ounces) mini chips (2 cups) | ||
| 1 | Cream shortening and sugar in large mixer bowl. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in mini chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 8 to 10 minutes or until puffed and slightly cracked. Remove from cookie sheet; cool on wire rack. |
