INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup shortening 1-1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs
2/3 cup dairy sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package (12 ounces) mini chips (2 cups)



1 Cream shortening and sugar in large mixer bowl. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in mini chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 8 to 10 minutes or until puffed and slightly cracked. Remove from cookie sheet; cool on wire rack.
