| 3/4 cup sugar | 1/3 cup cocoa | 3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca |
| 1/8 teaspoon salt | 2-3/4 cups milk | 1 egg, slightly beaten |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla | ||
| 1 | Combine sugar, cocoa, tapioca and salt in saucepan; blend in milk and egg. Let stand 5 minutes. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour into bowl; press plastic wrap onto surface. Cool; chill. Spoon into dessert dishes. |
