Plum-Glazed Ribs

INGREDIENTS:
4 pounds pork back ribs, cut in serving pieces 2 teaspoons salt 1 10-ounce jar plum preserves
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 tablespoon vinegar 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce



1 Place ribs,meaty side down, in shallow roasting pan. Roast at 450 for 30 minutes. Remove meat from oven; drain off excess fat. Turn ribs meaty side up; season with salt. Reduce oven temperature to 350 F and continue roasting for 1 hour; drain.
2 Meanwhile, prepare plum glaze by combining preserves, orange juice concentrate, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce; blend. Pour glaze over ribs; roast 30 minutes or till tender, basting occasionally.
