| 4 pounds pork back ribs, cut in serving pieces | 2 teaspoons salt | 1 10-ounce jar plum preserves |
| 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed | 1 tablespoon vinegar | 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | Place ribs,meaty side down, in shallow roasting pan. Roast at 450 for 30 minutes. Remove meat from oven; drain off excess fat. Turn ribs meaty side up; season with salt. Reduce oven temperature to 350 F and continue roasting for 1 hour; drain. |
| 2 | Meanwhile, prepare plum glaze by combining preserves, orange juice concentrate, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce; blend. Pour glaze over ribs; roast 30 minutes or till tender, basting occasionally. |
