INGREDIENTS:



1 Before microwaving, sprinkle suggested toppings over 12 minutes or a bread ring made with muffin or cornbread batter. Microwave as for cornbread or muffins.
2 SAVORY TOPPINGS: ONION: Crush 1/2 can (3-oz) French fried onions. BACON-CHEESE: Microwave 3 slices bacon until very crisp; crumble finely. Mix with 1/3 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese. ONION-GREEN PEPPER: Saute 1/4 cup each of chopped vegetables in 1 teaspoon butter 3 to 4 minutes at high. Sprinkle with paprika. TACO SEASONING MIX: Use 1/2 pkg (1 1/4 oz.)
3 SWEET TOPPINGS: NUT CRUNCH: Cut together with pastry blender: 1/4 cup flour, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons butter and 1/4 cup chopped nuts. MICROWAVED COCONUT: Spread 1 pkg. (4-oz) shredded coconut in 9-in pie plate. Microwave 5 to 6 minutes stirring after 2 minutes and then every mintue. CINNAMON, SUGAR OR CHOPPED NUTS: Use about 1/3 cup.
