| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| FIRST LAYER: 3oz lime jello | 1 cup water | 1/3 cup sugar |
| combine and boil until sugar is dissolved | 1/2 cup water | 1 envelope unflavored gelatin |
| combine and add to jello | SECOND LAYER: 2 pkgs instant Haupia mix | 1-3/4 cup water |
| THIRD LAYER: 3 oz strawberry jello | 1 cup water | 1/3 cup sugar |
| combine and boil until sugar is dissolved | 1/2 cup water | 1 pkg gelatin |
| combine and add to jello | ||
| 1 | FIRST LAYER: Pour into pan and chill until set. This will take about 1 hour. |
| 2 | SECOND LAYER: Cook until thick. Allow to cool. Gradually spoon over first layer. |
| 3 | THIRD LAYER: Allow to cool until lukewarm. Spoon over Haupia (second layer). |
