Tomato & Green Chile Sauce (Salsa Cruda)

INGREDIENTS:
6 medium-sized tomatoes 1/2 cup (or more) thinly sliced or diced canned California green chiles (seeds and pith removed) or fresh chiles (peeled) 1/3 cup minced onion
1 teaspoon salt minced canned jalapeno chiles (or other hot chiles) to taste



1 Peel and finely chop the tomatoes. Mix with California green chiles, onion, salt, and as many jalapeno chiles as please your taste (about 1 jalapeno to each cup of sauce will make it noticeably hot).
