Quick-and-Easy Beer Barbecue Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cups chili sauce 1 cup beer 2 tablespoons grated onion
2 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons chili powder



1 Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, stirring well; bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer sauce, uncovered, 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Use sauce to baste beef, chicken, frankfurters, or ribs when grilling.
