| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 chicken-flavored bouillon cube | 1/2 cup boiling water | 1 (16-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce |
| 1 cup chili sauce | juice of 1 small lemon | 1 tablespoon instant minced onion |
| 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce | 1 teaspoon dry mustard | 2 (3 to 3-1/2 pound) broiler-fryers, quartered |
| salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | Dissolve bouillon cube in water; combine with next 6 ingredients in container of an electric blender. Cover; process until sauce is smooth. Set aside. |
| 2 | Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Grill chicken, skin side down, over hot coals 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. Baste chicken with sauce. Grill an additional 30 minutes. Baste every 10 minutes with sauce. Serve chicken with remaining sauce. |
