| 1 (4-ounce) can dry mustard | 3/4 cup Chablis or other dry white wine | 1/2 cup vinegar |
| 2 eggs | 1/2 cup honey | 2 cups mayonnaise |
| 1 | Combine mustard, wine, and vinegar in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and let stand at room temperature at least 8 hours. |
| 2 | Combine eggs and honey in top of a double boiler. Bring water to a boil; reduce heat to medium, and cook over simmering water until mixture is thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; let cool. Stir in mustard mixture and mayonnaise. Store in refrigerator. |
