Hot Sweet Mustard

INGREDIENTS:
1 (4-ounce) can dry mustard 3/4 cup Chablis or other dry white wine 1/2 cup vinegar
2 eggs 1/2 cup honey 2 cups mayonnaise



1 Combine mustard, wine, and vinegar in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and let stand at room temperature at least 8 hours.
2 Combine eggs and honey in top of a double boiler. Bring water to a boil; reduce heat to medium, and cook over simmering water until mixture is thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; let cool. Stir in mustard mixture and mayonnaise. Store in refrigerator.
