Marinated Barbecued Chuck Steak

INGREDIENTS:
1 (2-pound) chuck steak (about 1 inch thick) 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons minced onion 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons ground ginger



1 Trim excess fat from steak, and place steak in a large shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour marinade over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning steak once.
2 Remove steak from marinade. Grill over hot coals 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
