| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 (2-pound) chuck steak (about 1 inch thick) | 1/3 cup lemon juice | 1/4 cup olive oil |
| 2 tablespoons minced onion | 1 clove garlic, minced | 1 tablespoon chili powder |
| 1 teaspoon salt | 2 teaspoons ground ginger | |
| 1 | Trim excess fat from steak, and place steak in a large shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour marinade over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning steak once. |
