INGREDIENTS:
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 2 hard-cooked eggs, mashed 3/4 cup mayonnaise
8 pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon grated onion 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon paprika



1 Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Pack cheese mixture into a cheese crock. Store in refrigerator. Serve with crackers.
