Kiwi Sorbet

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sugar 1 cup light corn syrup 2 cups water
6 ripe kiwis, peeled and quartered 1/4 cup lemon juice



1 IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN: Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves; set aside. In blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade, puree kiwis and lemon juice. Stir into syrup. Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or follow refrigerator-freezer instructions.
