| 1 cup sugar | 1 cup light corn syrup | 2 cups water |
| 6 ripe kiwis, peeled and quartered | 1/4 cup lemon juice | |
| 1 | IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN: Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves; set aside. In blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade, puree kiwis and lemon juice. Stir into syrup. Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or follow refrigerator-freezer instructions. |
