INGREDIENTS:
1/2 papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into bite-size cubes 1/2 mango, peeled and cut into bite-size cubes 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 green onion, minced 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp finely chopped sweet red pepper papaya seeds to taste (optional)



1 In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
