| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/4 cup chicken or beef drippings | 1/4 cup flour | 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1-1/4 cups milk | ||
| 1 | In 1-qt glass measure, measure drippings. Microwave at high 1 to 2 minutes, until hot. Add flour and salt. Stir well. Stir in milk slowly. Microwave at high 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every minute. |
| 2 | CREAM GRAVY: Prepare Milk Gravy as above, except, instead of 1-1/4 cups milk, use 2/3 cup milk and 2/3 cup whipping cream. |
| 3 | BROWN GRAVY: Prepare Milk Gravy or Cream Gravy as above, using beef or lamb drippings and adding 1/2 teaspoon brown bouquet sauce. |
