INGREDIENTS:



1 IN MEDIUM SAUCEPAN: Combine milk, sugar, and beaten eggs. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and add chocolate; stir until melted. Stir in half-and-haf or whipping cream and vanilla. Cool. Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or follow refrigerator-freezer instructions.
