| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 cup butter | 1-1/4 cups flour | 1 teaspoon baking powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt | 1 teaspoon sugar | 1 egg yolk |
| 2 tablespoons milk | sliced apples | STREUSEL: 2 tablespoons flour |
| 3/4 cup sugar | 3 tablespoons butter | |
| 1 | Cream butter until light and set aside. Sift dry ingredients together, mix into butter. Combine egg yolk and milk and stir into the creamed mixture. Press dough into a greased 7x11 inch pan. FIll with sliced apples. Top with streusel. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. |
