| 1 small evaporated milk (diluted) | 1-2 grated coconut (half green) | |
| 1 | Cream margarine and sugar. |
| 2 | Add eggs gradually (Mix well). |
| 3 | Add essence (Mix well). |
| 4 | Add flour & baking powder alternately with milk. |
| 5 | Add grated coconut. |
| 6 | Bake at 350 F. in greased baking pan until brown on top. |
