In a small pot, boil four eggs. (Put eggs in cold water to cool.) |

Heat frying pan. Add fat and onions. (Fry until onions are tender). |

Add diluted tomato paste, salt, and pepper, cook for about 5-10 minutes. |

Add 1/4 cup grated cheese. Simmer for another 5 minutes. |

Taste for seasoning. Let mixture cool. |

Put some sauce in fat dish. |

Roll each tortilla in sauce separately. Add chopped boiled eggs and onions, from sauce. |

Lay rolled tortillas in deep dish. Pour over tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used. |
