INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cups low-fat milk 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons light corn syrup 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1-1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt



1 IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN: Combine milk and gelatin; let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Combine with sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla. Stir in yogurt. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or follow refrigerator-freezer instructions.
