| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 tsp salt | 1 clove garlic, minced | 1 small hot pepper, seeded and minced |
| 1/3 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice | 1/3 cup minced onion | 6 tbsp cold water |
| 1-2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro (optinal) | ||
| 1 | Mash salt with garlic and hot pepper to form a paste. Stir in lime juice, onion, water and cilantro, if desired. Let stand 1 hour before serving. |
