| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 16 ozs potatoes 450g | 1 small onion | 1/2 tsp salt 2ml |
| 1/4 tsp pepper 1ml | 2 tblsps flour 30ml | 1/4 tsp baking powder 1ml |
| 2 eggs | ||
| 1 | Boil and mash potatoes. |
| 2 | Put potato in a medium size bowl. |
| 3 | Add onion, salt, pepepr, flour, baking powder and eggs (mix well). |
| 4 | Heat frying pan-add cooking oil. (Fry for about 2 minutes on both sides). |
| 5 | Drain on paper towels or brown paper bags. (Serve hot). |
