INGREDIENTS:
4ozs (1/2 cup) sugar 125g 2 ozs (1/4 cup) butter or margarine 50-60ml 1 tsp vanilla 5ml
3 tblsps rum or brandy 45ml 1/2 cup warm water or milk 125ml



1 Cream sugar and margarine.
2 Add warm liquid. Mix well.
3 Add rum or brandy and vanilla essence.
4 Put in a container. Serve over black-fruit cake.
