Prepare cake tins (grease and line). |

Preheat oven to 350F/180C. |

Wash, peel and mash bananas. |

Cream margarine with sugar. |

Add lightly beaten eggs, one at a time. Mix well. |

Add vanilla and bananas. Mix well. |

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, raisin and salt alternately with sour cream. |

Put mixture into cake tin. |

Bake for 40 minutes in a moderate oven at 350F/180C until tester comes out clean. |

Cool before removing from cake tin. |
