| 1 (12-ounce) can low-fat evaporated milk | 1 (1-ounce) square semisweet choclate, melted | 1/3 cup finely chopped buttermints |
| 1 | IN MEDIUM BOWL: Combine half-and-half, sugar, pudding mix, and evaporated milk. Slowly stir in melted chocolate so flecks of chocolate form. Stir in buttermints. Pour into ice cream canister.
