1 lb of cooked chickenmeat 1 apple 5 tomatoes
1 root celery 5 tomatoes (for decoration) 3-4 pickled cucumbers (peeled)



1 In a bowl of mayonnaise, mix the peeled and sliced tomatoes, the diced chickenmeat, the peeled and finley chopped pickles, the shredded celery. Arrange surrounded by hardboiled egg and tomato quarters.
