| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/4 cup olive oil | 1 large onion, chopped | 1 green pepper, chopped |
| 1 pound ground beef | 2 8-ounce cans tomato sauce | 1/4 cup catsup |
| 1/4 cup chili sauce | 1/4 cup water | 1-1/2 teaspoons salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon paprika | 1/8 teaspoon cayenne | 1 tablespoon chili powder |
| 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce | ||
| 1 | Heat oil in a large skillet and saute onion, green pepper, and meat. Pour off excess fat, and place mixture in the crock cooker with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours at low heat. |
