Chili Con Carne

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup olive oil 1 large onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped
1 pound ground beef 2 8-ounce cans tomato sauce 1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup chili sauce 1/4 cup water 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika 1/8 teaspoon cayenne 1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce



1 Heat oil in a large skillet and saute onion, green pepper, and meat. Pour off excess fat, and place mixture in the crock cooker with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours at low heat.
2 If beans are desired, add to the uncooked mixture one pound can of drained pinto beans and one pound can of drained red kidney beans.
