INGREDIENTS:
1 pound baby carrots, well scrubbed 1 cup water salt to taste
sugar to taste 2 tablespoons butter, melted 2 tablespoons bread crumbs



1 Simmer the carrots in seasoned boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain and place in serving dish. Combine the butter and bread crumbs, and crumble over carrots.
