| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 lb okra 225g | 1 firm tomato (diced) | 1 stick celery (chopped) |
| 1/2 tsp salt 2ml | 1/2 tsp black pepper 2ml | 1 small green pepper (chopped) |
| 1 tblsp margarnie or olive oil 15ml | ||
| 1 | In a sauce pan boil okras. Drain and set aside. |
| 2 | Prepare other vegetables. |
| 3 | Melt margarine. Add okra, celery, tomato and sweet pepper. Stir fry for about 3-5 minutes. |
| 4 | Remove from heat. Serve hot. Accompaniment to the main course. |
