Okra Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb okra 225g 1 firm tomato (diced) 1 stick celery (chopped)
1/2 tsp salt 2ml 1/2 tsp black pepper 2ml 1 small green pepper (chopped)
1 tblsp margarnie or olive oil 15ml



1 In a sauce pan boil okras. Drain and set aside.
2 Prepare other vegetables.
3 Melt margarine. Add okra, celery, tomato and sweet pepper. Stir fry for about 3-5 minutes.
4 Remove from heat. Serve hot. Accompaniment to the main course.
