| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb pumpkin (diced) 450g | 1 large onion (sliced) | 4-6 cups water |
| 1 stalk celery (chopped) | 1 large firm tomato (diced) | 2 potatoes (diced) |
| 2 tblsps flour and 2 tbsps water for thickening | ||
| 1 | Collect all ingredients and equipment. |
| 2 | In saucepan put all seasonings and vegetables except tomato in water. Boil for 20 minutes. |
| 3 | Add tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes. Thicken more if desired. Serve hot. |
