Stuffed Serase Fruit (Chinese Style)

INGREDIENTS:
4 large serase fruits 1 tsp salt 5ml 1 lb ground pork or ground steak 450g
1/2 tsp black pepper 2ml 1/4 tsp thyme 1ml 1 clove garlic (crushed)



1 Collect all ingredients and equipment.
2 Wash serase fruit.
3 Cut in half length-wise, remove seeds, and scrape white pulp from inside.
4 Sprinkle with salt. Turn down fruit to drain. Rinse then boil in small amount of water.
5 Season ground pork or steak. Cook over low heat. Stir regularly.
6 Fill serase with ground meat.
7 Put stuffed serase in a metal plate or steamer and steam.
