| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 4 large serase fruits | 1 tsp salt 5ml | 1 lb ground pork or ground steak 450g |
| 1/2 tsp black pepper 2ml | 1/4 tsp thyme 1ml | 1 clove garlic (crushed) |
| 1 | Collect all ingredients and equipment. |
| 2 | Wash serase fruit. |
| 3 | Cut in half length-wise, remove seeds, and scrape white pulp from inside. |
| 4 | Sprinkle with salt. Turn down fruit to drain. Rinse then boil in small amount of water. |
| 5 | Season ground pork or steak. Cook over low heat. Stir regularly. |
| 6 | Fill serase with ground meat. |
| 7 | Put stuffed serase in a metal plate or steamer and steam. |
