INGREDIENTS:
2 tblsp soft cooked rice 30ml 2 tblsp cooked split peas 30ml 1 tblsp cooked carrot 15ml
1 tblsp liquid in which carrots were cooked 15ml 1 tsp margarine or vegetable oil 5ml



1 Mix split peas, carrots, liquid, margarine and rub through strainer with a spoon, combine with soft cooked rice.
