INGREDIENTS:
3 to 5 lb chuck roast 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon bottled brown bouquet sauce 1/2 cup water



1 Rub both sides of roast with salt. Mix together Worcestershire sauce and bottled brown bouquet sauce. Brush on roast. In 13x9x2-inch dish place roast and 1/2 cup water. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, turning back one corner to vent. Microwave at medium 21 to 24 minutes per lb. Turn roast over after 1/2 of total time. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
2 CHUCK ROAST WITH VEGETABLES: After 1/2 of cooking time add 2 large onions, cut in 8ths; 4 medium potatoes, cut in 6th or 8ths; and 6 carrots, cut in large chunks. Recover and continue microwaving.
