| 3 to 5 lb chuck roast | 1 teaspoon seasoned salt | 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 teaspoon bottled brown bouquet sauce | 1/2 cup water | |
| 1 | Rub both sides of roast with salt. Mix together Worcestershire sauce and bottled brown bouquet sauce. Brush on roast. In 13x9x2-inch dish place roast and 1/2 cup water. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, turning back one corner to vent. Microwave at medium 21 to 24 minutes per lb. Turn roast over after 1/2 of total time. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving. |
