| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 ham (precooked) 12-16 lb | 2 tblsps mustard | 1/2 cup brown sugar |
| 1/2 cup bread crumbs | 10-15 cloves | 1 16-ozs can sliced pineapple |
| 1 | Remove ham from refrigerator (Defrost). |
| 2 | Put in roaster or deep container. |
| 3 | Bake in moderate oven 300-350 F for 1-1-1/2 hours (15 to 20 minutes for each pound of ham/turkey). Fat side up. |
| 4 | Remove from oven-trim skin and excess fat. |
| 5 | Rub all over with mustard, brown sugar and crumbs (in that order). |
| 6 | Put in cloves. Put pineapple slices (use tooth pick), put one cherry in center of pineapple. (Optional). |
| 7 | Cover with foil. (Bake until tender). |
