| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 4 crepes, prepared | 1 cup small-curd cottage cheese, sieved | 1 egg |
| 1 teaspoon finely chopped candied orange rind | 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds | 1/4 cup raisins |
| 2 tablespoons sugar | 2 tablespoons butter | sour cream |
| 1 | Warm the prepared crepes. Combine all other ingredients except butter and sour cream and divide mixture onto centers of the crepes. Roll up crepes, completely enclosing filling. Melt the butter in a skillet, and lightly brown the crepes in the butter. Serve on heated platter and garnish with sour cream. |
