| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups cooked wild rice | 1 lb fresh broccoli, lightly steamed and drained | 3-4 cooked chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed |
| 1 can cream of chicken soup | 1 cup milk | 1/4 lb lemon juice |
| 1/2 tsp curry powder | 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese | |
| 1 | Place rice in greased casserole dish. |
| 2 | Arrange broccoli over rice. |
| 3 | Spread chicken over broccoli. |
| 4 | Combine soup, milk, mushrooms, lemon juice, and curry powder. Pour over chicken. |
| 5 | Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover. |
| 6 | Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes. |
