Deviled Crab

INGREDIENTS:
4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) margarine or butter 2 Tbsp flour 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp prepared mustard 1/2 tsp horseradish
1 tsp salt 2 cups crabmeat 2-hard-boiled eggs, cut up fine
6 crab shells 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs



1 Melt margarine in saucepan. Stir in flour until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except shells and bread crumbs. Mix well.
2 Divide mixture among crab shells. Sprinkle each with bread crumbs.
3 Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes.
