| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) margarine or butter | 2 Tbsp flour | 1 Tbsp chopped parsley |
| 2 tsp lemon juice | 1 tsp prepared mustard | 1/2 tsp horseradish |
| 1 tsp salt | 2 cups crabmeat | 2-hard-boiled eggs, cut up fine |
| 6 crab shells | 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs | |
| 1 | Melt margarine in saucepan. Stir in flour until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except shells and bread crumbs. Mix well. |
| 2 | Divide mixture among crab shells. Sprinkle each with bread crumbs. |
