| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 cup quartered onion | 2 tomatoes, chopped | 1-1/2 teaspoons bagoong or shrimp paste |
| 1 cup cubed butternut squash | 1 cup water | 1 cup bean curd, sliced and fried |
| 1 cup sliced zucchini | 1/2 pound spinach | |
| 1 | Combine onion, tomatoes, bagoong or shrimp paste and squash in a deep saucepan. Add water and bring to a boil. Add bean curd and zucchini. Simmer until zucchini is tender. Add spinach and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve hot. |
