INGREDIENTS:
12 large oysters, shucked in the half shell 1 cup Old Post Office Crab Cake Mixture 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese



1 Preheat the oven to 500 F. Place the oysters (in their shells) on a baking sheet and top each oyster with a heaping tablespoon of crab mixture. Then top with the cheese in the same manner. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve three per person.
