Grilled Salmon Salad

INGREDIENTS:
3 (6 to 8-ounce) fresh salmon steaks or fillets 1 (5-ounce) package triple-rinsed Portofino or other baby greens salad blend or mix (about 4 cups) 3/4 cup cooked white or cannellini beans
1/3 to 1/2 cup Italian herb vinaigrette fresh lemon slices



1 Barbecue or grill salmon steaks until cooked through. Arrange salad greens on three dinner-size plates. Top with warm or cool salmon. Sprinkle with beans and drizzle with salad dressing. Garnish with lemon slices.
