INGREDIENTS:
6 medium-sized cucumbers, thinly sliced 3 medium-sized onins, thinly sliced 1 medium-sized green pepper, chopped
1 medium-sized red pepper, chopped or 1 small jar of pimentoes 3 cups sugar 2 cups white vinegar
1 tablespoon pickling salt 1 teaspoon celery seeds



1 Prepare the cucumbers, onions, green pepper, and red pepper, mix well, and pack into clean jars.
2 Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan. Heat just until the sugar dissolves. Pour over the vegetables. Chill at least 24 hours before eating.
