| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 6 medium-sized cucumbers, thinly sliced | 3 medium-sized onins, thinly sliced | 1 medium-sized green pepper, chopped |
| 1 medium-sized red pepper, chopped or 1 small jar of pimentoes | 3 cups sugar | 2 cups white vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon pickling salt | 1 teaspoon celery seeds | |
| 1 | Prepare the cucumbers, onions, green pepper, and red pepper, mix well, and pack into clean jars. |
| 2 | Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan. Heat just until the sugar dissolves. Pour over the vegetables. Chill at least 24 hours before eating. |
