INGREDIENTS:
1 cup crumbled queso fresco or Feta cheese 1 teaspoon olive oil 2 tablespoons evaporated or fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon chopped seeded fresh aji amarillo 1 to 2 tablespoons huacatay



1 Process all the ingredients in a blender until fairly smooth. Adjust the amount of huacatay to your taste. Serve at room temperature.
