Curried Deer (Indian Dish)

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs deer 900g 2 eggs (hard boiled) (optional) lime juice or vinegar
1 tsp salt 5ml 1/2 tsp black pepper 2ml 1/2 tsp thyme 2ml
1 tblsp vegetable oil or margarine 15ml 3 tblsps curry powder 45ml 1 small tin green peas



1 Boil eggs and let cool.
2 Clean deer with lime juice or vinegar.
3 Season deer with salt, pepper and thyme.
4 Heat frying pan or skillet; add fat.
5 Brown deer meat on both sides.
6 Add water to a covered meat to simmer until tender.
7 Add curry powder. (Cook for about 5-10 minutes)
8 Separate egg white from yolk.
9 Cut white into cubes. Add to pot with green peas. Stir to combine. (Remove from heat)
10 Garnish dish with egg yolks. Serve hot.
