| 2 C (16oz) canned pumpkin | 1 C maple syrup | 2 tbsp flour |
| 1 tsp salt | 1/2 tsp ginger | 1/2 tsp cloves |
| 1 tsp cinnamon | 1/2 C sugar | 3 eggs |
| 3 C milk | ||
| 1 | Mix pumpkin and syrup. Mix flour, salt, spices and sugar. Beat eggs in one at a time. Add milk; mix well. Put in unbaked crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
