Maple-Pumpkin Pie

INGREDIENTS:
2 C (16oz) canned pumpkin 1 C maple syrup 2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 C sugar 3 eggs
3 C milk



1 Mix pumpkin and syrup. Mix flour, salt, spices and sugar. Beat eggs in one at a time. Add milk; mix well. Put in unbaked crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
