INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup sugar 1 t cinnamon 2 T lemon juice
4 half ripe mangoes, sliced 1 T butter pastry for 2 crust 9" pie



1 Combine sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix with mango slices. Put in pastry shell. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Seal edges. Cut vents to allow steam to escape. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes.
