| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 8oz/250g chocolate chips | 8oz/250g butterscotch chips | 2 tbsp/25ml half-and-half (10%) cream |
| 1 tbsp/15ml Kahlua or other liqueur | 1/2 cup/125ml chopped roasted cashews | |
| 1 | In the top of a double boiler, over hot (not boiling water), melt together chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and cream, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in Kahlua and transfer immediately to dessert fondue pot over candle flame. Stir in cashews. |
| 2 | Spear a piece of fruit or cake with fondue fork and dip in fondue. |
