Crunchy Toffee Bar Frozen Yogurt

INGREDIENTS:
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated low-fat milk 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin 1/3 cup brown sugar
2 or 3 double Heath candy bars (about 2-1/4 to 3-1/2 ounces) 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, stirred



1 IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN: Combine milk and gelatin; let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Add sugar; cool. Cut candy bars into quarters; coarsely crush in blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade. Stir crushed candy and yogurt into milk mixture. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or follow refrigerator-freezer instructions.
