| 3/4 cup olive oil | 1 cup Dijon mustard | 1 cup dry white wine |
| 1/4 cup pureed fresh, frozen or drained unsweetened canned mango | 1 tsp garlic salt | 2 tbsp soy sauce |
| papaya seeds to taste (optional) | ||
| 1 | Whisk oil into mustard and wine. Stir in mango puree, garlic salt, soy sauce and papaya seeds, if desired. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled. |
