Mango Mustard

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup olive oil 1 cup Dijon mustard 1 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup pureed fresh, frozen or drained unsweetened canned mango 1 tsp garlic salt 2 tbsp soy sauce
papaya seeds to taste (optional)



1 Whisk oil into mustard and wine. Stir in mango puree, garlic salt, soy sauce and papaya seeds, if desired. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
